Sea otters live in the marine biome. The marine is the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans. It takes up 70% of the world. The sea otters wrap themselves in kelp to use as a anchor when they are resting. They live in areas with protection from severe storms. No I don't think that a sea otter could live in another area, unless it was one a beach, or a ocean.
